performance-reporting services to our clients. This policy explains how our
application accesses, uses, and acts on data obtained through the third-party
social media platforms our clients use (such as Facebook, Instagram, and
TikTok).

Our application works with data and accounts belonging to businesses that have
authorized us to do so — our clients, the owners of the social media accounts in
question. We act on their behalf and at their direction.

Through the APIs of the platforms our clients authorize, and only after the
account owner grants the relevant permission, we may:

– Read account and content data: profile details, follower and audience counts,
content and media metadata, engagement metrics (likes, reactions, comments,
shares, saves, views), and account or content analytics (impressions, reach,
engagement, and aggregate audience demographics).

– Create, publish, schedule, or manage content on the account, and read or
respond to comments and messages — where the account owner has engaged us to
do so.

Every action we take is performed on the account owner’s behalf, at their
direction, and only using the permissions they have explicitly granted. We do
not take any action the account owner has not consented to.

To provide the reporting, content, and account-management services the client
has engaged us for. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with
unrelated third parties.

We do not use any data accessed through these platforms to train, fine-tune, or
develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model.

Data is stored securely and retained only as long as needed to provide our
services to the client. It is deleted when the client relationship ends or upon
request.

The account owner may revoke our access at any time through the relevant
platform’s settings (for example, a platform’s “Business Integrations,”
“Connected Apps,” or “Apps and Websites” controls). To request deletion of any
stored data, email support@semseospecialist.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
